The introverted side of me

When I started reading Quiet it got me to think about my personality and who I am as a person. It showed me that I am a very introverted person and I am always going to be. This book has opened my eyes to what I am and that there are plenty of other people that are like this as well. I am the type of person that likes to be on their own and do their own thing. I am not looking for a million friends, or to party, or even social events. I am constantly just on my own and doing my own thing. I have a few close friends that I enjoy talking to and that’s about all I need. I constantly have ideas and thought running through me at all times but I never tell anyone about them and that shows the introvert side of me. My learning style is a little different though than the introvert view. When it comes to classes I need hand on or even one on one with the teacher because that’s just how I learn. I am able to talk to smaller groups of people but put me in front of a large crowd and I become quiet, nervous, and shaky. I never knew why this was but now I know that it’s because I am an introvert, and introverts like to be on their own and do their own things. I have always been this way and I always will be. I am not going to be changing from my introvert ways anytime soon.
