“We keep moving
forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and
curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”Walt Disney
There are many things about the human nature that makes us want to venture into the unknown. The Human species were made different from any other species
on earth. From the moment we were born and throughout our lives, we are always searching
for answer as to why other things exists. Its human nature to be
curious, to explore – to find out what it is that is greater than ourselves. This
is one of the characteristic of human nature that sets us apart from other
mammals on earth. Human have a hunger to know thing beyond our knowledge and believe
that we have the duty to know. All knowledge, however small, bi or irrelevant
to progress and well-being, is a part of the whole. Human curiosity has motivated us to pursue
our dream of going to college and expend our knowledge of the existing world. Many
people would agree that human nature of wanting to know beyond our knowledge has
cost us more problem than good. Like for example, life on planet Mars, creation
of nuclear bomb, how the human body works, and so on. . No matter what I would
argue that human nature to become curious has done us more good than harm. Human
curiosity has led us to develop many advance technologies that make communication
efficient, use for medical diagnoses or explored somewhere other than earth. As long as the human species exist, we will always
be curious to explore the unknown.
I liked that you started with a quote from Walt Disney, it shows that curiosity has been an important aspect on all of our lives to move forward to new things. As well as being able to span our ideas and our creations throughout all the years is an incredible moment to think about. The more we know the more we can share and grow and become the species that survive longer than anything else. To be able to know the unknown though we need to be able to explore as we have and be able to share with others throughout the years to come.
